A helmet - cycling or skateboarding helmet is fine
A long sleeved top (crew neck)
Full fingered gloves - any winter gloves will do but otherwise try hardware, gardening or kitchen store
Comfortable stretchy long pants. Tights are good
Optional - knee pads (e.g. volleyball) and shin guards (e.g. soccer) 
​Confortable socks - not too thick!
